Olympian Gods’ were rumoured to have given this flower as gifts to Healers, equally it was adored by mortals as a panacea. The distinctively sweet and seducing aroma of the Vanilla Pod, derived from tropical climbing orchids is believed to awaken the senses and induce dreams of love. As Pears ripen they lose their taste but become more fragrant, the long lasting aroma conjures thoughts of the heavy, sunborn juicy fruits and scents of joy.
